The “Army of the Dead” film series is a zombie-action franchise created by Zack Snyder. Army of the Dead (2021) tells the story of a heist in the zombie-infested city of Las Vegas. Army of Thieves (2021) is a prequel film focusing on the character Ludwig Dieter and his adventures before those events. An animated series and a sequel were also planned for the franchise, but their current status is uncertain. The series depicts a combination of heist thrills and zombie horror.
